Animals are sentient beings who can experience pleasure and joy, and form bonds with other animals including humans. An animal's life is as important to them as your life is to you.
But animals, just like us, can also feel suffering and fear. Animals used to make products for humans live short, brutal lives, filled with pain and misery.
Most people turn away from this reality, as it's difficult to acknowledge. But by being here you've taken the first step by opening your eyes to the truth about the way our society routinely abuses animals.
